CFC is hiring an Senior AI Engineer to shape the architecture of AI-driven production microservices in the Data & AI unit in London. You will own system design decisions and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers on ambitious, high-stakes AI work.

You’ll bring strong Python and cloud experience, with a track record of delivering robust, production-ready AI systems using LangChain and related tools. This is an ownership role with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building production-grade AI agents or LLM-powered services.
• Strong Python development experience with 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering business-critical systems in live production environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical AI agent services.
• Build tailored agent workflows and services from business requirements using LangChain.
• Integrate tests and validation to improve AI agents through evals and monitoring.
• Lead system design decisions and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Translate technical specifications into clean, scalable production code.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and best-practice guidance.
