Job summary

ieso is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain the AI-powered digital therapy platform. You will develop agentic AI features and ensure scalable, robust AI infrastructure in production.

You will collaborate with AI scientists, implement low-latency inference, and shape monitoring and observability. Mentoring fellow engineers and staying ahead of LLM and LLMOps advances are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Practical experience with LLMs or generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Ability to mentor others and collaborate across teams.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated/clinical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the agentic AI systems at the heart of ieso’s digital therapy product, including multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph.
• Lead the evolution of our conversational AI architecture, moving to modern agentic frameworks.
• Create fast, reliable inference integrations that reduce latency for AI-powered conversations.
• Partner with AI scientists to turn prototypes into production-ready software.
• Shape how we monitor AI in production with telemetry and observability tooling.
• Champion strong engineering practices and collaborate with scientists focused on research.
• Mentor and support engineers to grow their capability.
• Stay at the forefront of AI engineering and explore advances in LLMs and LLMOps.
