Edra is hiring Forward Deployed AI Engineers to design and ship production-grade, LLM-powered systems for enterprise customers. You will own the technical journey from problem discovery to production, adoption, and impact, building agentic workflows and scalable AI orchestration.

You’ll work directly with customers, engage across engineering and research, and help push the boundaries of context-learning and human-in-the-loop feedback while operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Built complex, production LLM-based systems with depth
• Experience shipping production solutions and explaining evolution
• Interest in open-ended problems without a ready-made solution
• Experience with human-in-the-loop feedback, prompt optimization, and context engineering
• Experience building agents and autonomous systems
• Ability to navigate research papers and production code with ease
• Strong customer empathy and commercial judgment under unclear requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience

Aufgaben

• Work directly with enterprise customers to identify problems, prototype solutions, and ship to production
• Own customer engagements from discovery through production, adoption and expansion
• Design and implement LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows from concept to production
• Use and extend our context-learning library to solve customer problems and contribute back to platform
• Build agentic features for knowledge management and autonomous knowledge bases
• Architect async, scalable systems for complex AI orchestration
