Accenture PLC is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the full enterprise tech stack. You will work directly with client engineering teams, lead technical design sessions, and build reusable patterns and accelerators that scale beyond engagements.

You will champion LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi-LLM integration, with a focus on production readiness, observability, and cost governance across providers

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Production depth with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code.
• RAG pipeline ownership including embeddings, chunking, vector databases.
• LLMOps fundamentals: eval harness design, prompt versioning, observability.
• Cloud-native engineering: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, IaC.
• Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language; production debugging/observability.
• Experience leading engineers; people management and career development.

Responsabilités

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards across engagements and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Set multi-LLM integration standards across providers including major platforms.
• Own LLMOps at programme scale: eval strategy, prompt governance, observability.
• Lead client engineering engagements at senior level and drive architecture sessions.
• Shape reusable patterns and engineering standards for future engagements.
• Own the measurement framework for agentic system quality and business impact.
• Extensive software engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Direct experience with agentic orchestration frameworks at production depth.
• Call LLM APIs in production code with provider abstraction and cost controls.
• RAG pipeline ownership: embeddings, chunking, vector databases, context engineering.
• LLMOps and production observability fundamentals.
• Cloud-native engineering maturity: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, IaC.
