Job summary

Skin Analytics seeks a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to transform how we build software with AI-driven automation and agentic workflows. You will enable engineers, collaborate with Product and Platform teams, and shape the engineering operating model for scalable AI delivery.

You will lead adoption, coach engineers, and define standards for AI tooling, metrics, and governance while delivering high-quality AI-enabled software across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior AI engineering experience with agentic workflows.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder influence across engineering teams.
• Hands-on software engineering with production systems.
• Experience with modern AI tooling and governance.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to automate software delivery using AI.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows across the lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor engineers in AI tooling.
• Establish metrics to measure AI tooling impact.
• Build and maintain internal AI agents and automation solutions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools.
• Shape Skin Analytics’ AI strategy with leadership.
