Job summary

Loftware is seeking an AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst to report directly to the AI Strategy Leader and drive strategy and execution around artificial intelligence within our SaaS platforms.

This role blends AI strategy, operational transformation, and product innovation, focusing on internal adoption and external enablement to deliver measurable value while maintaining compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, or LLM-powered apps in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record implementing AI-driven tools internally or launching AI capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, ML frameworks, and cloud AI services and their enterprise use.
• Experience cross-functionally with product management, engineering operations, and security.
• Excellent program management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and roll out AI-driven tools to boost productivity with measurable impact.
• Partner with Loftware leaders to track ROI of AI initiatives.
• Support go-to-market and customer success with AI-enabled workflows and insights.
• Collaborate with product management to plan and implement AI-powered features.
• Work with enterprise architects to ensure standard models and AI platforms are used.
• Partner with CISO to ensure data integrity, IP protection, security and privacy.
• Contribute to internal adoption of AI-driven tools to improve productivity.
• Stay current on AI trends and guide opportunities and risks.
