Qualifications

• Strong, current software engineering experience including CI concepts.
• Practical experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted engineering tools to workflows.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to adapt when procedures don’t apply.
• Experience reviewing technical work and providing constructive feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication; tailoring messages to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Work with software engineering teams to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Design, build, test and maintain prototypes, integrations, tools and production-quality examples applying AI to software engineering workflows.
• Contribute data and analysis to the AI enablement dashboard and communicate progress and lessons learned.
• Produce clear technical documentation, guidance and reusable examples for engineering teams.
• Apply security, data-protection, IP and responsible-AI requirements when designing and implementing solutions.
