Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior Customer Programme Manager in the Greater London area to lead large, customer-facing programmes across its advanced technology portfolio. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction, partnering with CXMs and executive stakeholders to deliver AI-augmented outcomes.

You will drive AI-enabled delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee financial governance from planning to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with 12+ years of managing large-scale enterprise technology programmes; strong PM governance.
• PMP or equivalent credential is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on AI, machine learning or intelligent automation in project workflows.
• Proven ability to lead multi-geography delivery teams and manage multi-million budgets across Agile/ PMI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of customer-facing programmes and projects.
• Champion AI and automation to streamline delivery and risk detection.
• Engage C-level executives; steer strategic health and expansion discussions.
• Oversee budget, margins, invoicing, and financial governance across programmes.
• Collaborate with vendor management and SDMs for bids, SOWs, and contracts.
• Coordinate global delivery teams across geographies and milestones.
• Monitor risks and changes using data- and AI-informed methods.
• Drive innovation and delivery transformation with PMI/Agile practices.
