Job summary

Cisco UKI is seeking an experienced Programme Director to own the overarching strategy and governance of a high-value CX Services portfolio. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, lead a global, matrix organisation, and steer multi-year engagements with a focus on AI-enabled delivery and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale IT and network transformation programmes or 18+ years in enterprise delivery leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years as primary engagement leader to C-suite/executives in multi-million-pound/dollar environments.
• Demonstrated AI platforms, ML or intelligent automation within governance to enhance risk, reporting or decisions.
• Experience with large-scale services portfolios (£50M+ / $75M+) spanning multi-vendor contracts and multi-geography delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise network and infrastructure transformation—Nexus/ACI/Catalyst/SD-Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive governance over a multi-year, £50M+ services portfolio.
• Direct large, matrixed delivery teams across diverse technical streams.
• Embed AI and automation into delivery models to forecast risk and improve velocity.
• Oversee LDOS remediations and data centre/campus modernisation initiatives.
• Manage commercial aspects of SOWs, margins, and vendor performance.
• Lead and mentor a global team of programme managers, architects, and engineers.
• Establish governance with multi-vendor partners to align with customer goals.
