Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape and deliver scalable, cloud-based Industrial AI solutions. You will provide technical leadership across front-end and back-end, influence architecture, and evolve the platform into a secure, observable product portfolio.

The role requires hands-on experience with React and GoLang, API-first design, DevOps, CI/CD, and a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in full stack software engineering across frontend and backend.
• Solid React experience or equivalent frontend framework.
• Strong GoLang background or other general-purpose languages.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native apps.
• DevOps familiarity: CI/CD, monitoring, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and accessible interfaces.
• Modernize legacy systems into modular, event-driven components.
• Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end using multiple languages.
• Provide technical direction and balance scalability, maintainability, and product impact.
• Own reliability and operational excellence, including telemetry, SLOs, error budgets, and on-call rotations.
• Champion DevOps practices: CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and operations.
