Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Programme Manager in Manchester to lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex customer initiatives within its CX portfolio. You will apply AI-driven delivery and governance to maximise outcomes, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and partner with CXMs and executive stakeholders to drive success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s with 12+ years or higher; or Master’s with 8+ years (or PhD with 5+ years) in large-scale programmes.
PMP or equivalent credential.
Experience applying AI/tools in project and programme management.
Led multi‑geography delivery teams with multi‑million budgets and SOWs.
Proven ability navigating C-suite relationships and delivering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of large, customer-facing programmes across Cisco technologies.
Use AI and automation to streamline planning, risk detection, and reporting.
Engage with CXMs and executives; align delivery with strategic goals.
Oversee budget, margins, invoicing, and financial governance.
Collaborate with vendor management to source bids and manage partner agreements.
Coordinate global delivery teams across geographies.
Monitor risks and change; drive proactive solutions using data and AI.
Contribute to innovation and PMI/Agile delivery methods.
Mentor programme leaders and share knowledge across forums.
