Job summary

Cisco UKI Customer Experience is seeking an executive Programme Director to own the strategy, governance and delivery of a ~$100M+ services portfolio for a flagship enterprise account. You will be the primary executive contact, guiding cross-functional teams and steering long-term technology roadmaps with P&L accountability.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled delivery models, risk forecasting, and orchestration across multi-vendor ecosystems to achieve rapid, high-quality execution at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Leadership, or related field.
• 15+ years leading large-scale IT and network transformations.
• Experience as primary engagement leader with C-suite executives in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on AI and intelligent automation within programme governance.
• End-to-end governance and commercial accountability over large multi-vendor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Executive advisory to C-suite; steer steering committees and multi-year roadmaps.
• Oversee a $100M+ portfolio with matrixed delivery teams and governance.
• Lead AI-driven programme intelligence to forecast risk and optimise performance.
• Oversee complex transformations across Data Centre and Campus architectures.
• Maintain commercial oversight of SOWs, margins, and vendor performance.
• Lead large, multi-geography teams and foster AI-enabled innovation.
• Establish governance across multi-vendor consortia and partners.
