Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a STEM subject.
• Practical research experience applying AI to real-world problems in industry or academia.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with the Python ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions surfacing actionable insights.
• Drive research and development for new and existing AI products, setting technical direction.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee full software lifecycle including architecture, design, coding, testing, CI/CD and validation.
• Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence through collaboration.
