Job summary

Audit & Risk Recruitment is assisting a FTSE 100 diversified business in recruiting a Data Analytics and AI Manager for their Technology Controls team. The role focuses on strengthening the Group's internal control environment and delivering pragmatic improvements in internal controls.

The ideal candidate will lead AI & Analytics initiatives to meet control requirements, deploying analytics scripts (Python/ACL) and leveraging Diligent technology to monitor and report on controls effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI & analytics solutions in internal audit or internal control environments.
• Ability to operate in environments without a fixed playbook and deliver pragmatic improvements.
• Familiarity with analytics tooling and continuous monitoring concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI & Analytics opportunities to strengthen controls, improve monitoring and reporting.
• Developing and deploying analytics scripts and solutions (e.g., Python and ACL) to automate reviews and facilitate resolution.
• Designing and implementing AI solutions to educate and train the business on regulatory and internal policy requirements.
