Qualifications

• Experience building production systems end-to-end with a focus on data and model-driven features.
• Strong backend development skills in Python, C# or equivalent, with solid testing discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Spark and Databricks for data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker).
• Ability to design robust data pipelines and model-friendly APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the semantic layer, signal layer, and reasoning layer for advisor AI.
• Develop MCP servers and agents, defining tools and their fail modes.
• Engineer pipelines, services and data models with observability and tests.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to shape roadmap and priorities.
