G2i is seeking a highly experienced software engineer to evaluate AI coding assistants. You will assess AI-generated interactions, focusing on usefulness, reasoning quality, and engineering judgment, without writing production code.

You'll provide detailed feedback and help shape what good AI-guided engineering looks like, working remotely on a flexible 10–20 hour per week schedule across international locations.

Qualifications

• Senior/Staff/Principal level engineering experience.
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Able to evaluate code without running it.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Judge usefulness, accuracy, and engineering judgment of responses.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
• Help define what great looks like when using AI coding tools.
