Job summary

Enigen UK is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth in AI, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, data platforms, and managed services. This UK-remote role requires strategic account leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with partners to deliver transformational outcomes.

You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop new logos, and shape long-term plans with senior leadership across enterprise technology landscapes. Travel within the UK may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and secure complex, high-value opportunities by understanding customer priorities and aligning technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation and solution development through to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts while developing new logo opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth across AI, OCI, Data Platforms, Managed Services, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CEOs, and other executive stakeholders.
• Work closely with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams to create differentiated, outcome-focused propositions.
• Develop executive-level account strategies that drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term partnership.
• Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners, including Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and other ecosystem vendors, creating joint account plans, identifying co-sell opportunities, leveraging partner investment programmes, and executing collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent the organisation with credibility at executive briefings, customer workshops, industry events, and partner engagements.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue and profitability objectives.
