Method Resourcing Solutions Ltd in London or Birmingham is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI applications and automated workflows within a large, governed enterprise.

The role combines software engineering with AI, using Python, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure to build scalable, observable solutions that move beyond proofs-of-concept into real-world production use.

Qualifications

Strong commercial Python engineering experience, including APIs, testing, modular architecture and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

Designing and building AI agents and multi-step automated workflows
Developing production-grade Python services, APIs and automation pipelines
Building solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
Orchestrating workflows across Copilot Studio, Azure AI/Azure AI Foundry and internal enterprise systems
Integrating AI applications with existing platforms through REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven architectures
Developing reusable connectors, tools, services and agent capabilities
Designing agent orchestration, tool-use and integration patterns
Building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Deploying and monitoring AI applications in production
Ensuring solutions are scalable, observable, secure and maintainable
Leading technical design discussions and code reviews
Helping establish engineering standards and supporting the development of more junior engineers
