Qualifications

• Experience with AI platforms, intelligent automation, or automation architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, UiPath, Power Platform or similar enterprise AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing and change management.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and operational controls for production systems.
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, privacy, security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent agents.
• Develop scalable workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems including CRM, finance, payroll, and workforce platforms.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks for production AI services.
• Measure adoption, usage, business impact, and ROI of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
• Drive best practice around AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI implementation.
• Support risk assessments, approval processes, and governance framework for AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, market trends, and regulatory developments.
