Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe seeks an experienced AI Architect to lead design and delivery of secure, scalable AI solutions across enterprise and public-sector programmes. This role blends hands-on technical work with architectural leadership to shape end-to-end AI solutions from discovery through production delivery.

You will advise clients and internal teams on AI architectures, guardrails, and value delivery, while ensuring governance, security and responsible AI are embedded across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering AI in complex enterprise environments.
• Production‑grade AI delivery from discovery to live operations.
• Hands‑on with Microsoft cloud and AI ecosystem, including data platform.
• Experience integrating Power Platform into enterprise architectures.
• Security, governance and compliance in AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end AI client architectures (Generative AI, Agents, ML).
• Define enterprise AI patterns, reference architectures and reusable blocks.
• Lead AI governance, security and Responsible AI by design.
• Provide architectural oversight across delivery teams for quality and scale.
• Support pre‑sales, discovery, and technical roadmaps.
• Advise stakeholders on AI feasibility, risks and sustainability.
• Build prototypes and reusable accelerators to guide delivery.
