Job summary

Experis is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive delivery of large-scale AI and Data transformation programmes in security and justice. The role is hands-on leadership, moving AI from proof of concept to secure, scalable production deployments in highly regulated environments.

You will blend deep AI/ML expertise with delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement to design end-to-end AI architectures and roadmaps, ensuring security and governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and complex transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLOps/LLMOps and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience deploying AI solutions within government, defence, healthcare or other high-assurance environments.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, ethical AI, model evaluation and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
