Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive large-scale AI and data transformation programmes within the Security & Justice sector. This hands-on leadership role takes AI solutions from proof of concept to secure, production-grade deployments in regulated environments.

You will combine deep expertise in AI/ML, LLMs and cloud platforms with delivery leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams and shaping technical roadmaps while ensuring governance, security and risk

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions into production.
Strong experience leading technical teams and complex transformation programmes.
Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLOps/LLMOps and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
Experience deploying AI solutions within government, defence, healthcare or other high-assurance environments
Strong understanding of AI security, governance, ethical AI, model evaluation and risk management
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI architectures from concept to production in regulated environments.
