Job summary

Salesforce in the United Kingdom seeks an AI and Data Technical Architect to lead enterprise data and AI architectures centered on D360 and the Agentforce platform. You will guide Chief Data Officers and Enterprise Architects, designing scalable, secure solutions integrated with hyperscalers and governance frameworks.

You will work with Account Executives and Product teams to ensure customers realize the full value of the platform, developing prototypes and training materials to enable teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
• Proven track record in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
• Experience with ML concepts (predictive/generative AI) and ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) and data ingestion patterns.
• Hands-on development proficiency in programming and data frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, R; pandas/Jupyter).
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English; ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders.
• Curiosity and a passion for exploring new AI frameworks and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and aligning with Agentforce capabilities.
• Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, and cross-platform integrations.
• Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos with Agentforce and external agents.
• Develop thought leadership content including demo templates and enablement sessions.
• Serve as a central technical knowledge resource, enabling specialist teams and documenting best practices.
• Map and integrate external agents from hyperscalers into Agentforce via open standards.
• Enable Conversational & Background Agents using Agentforce Studio and Builder; integrate with external channels.
• Drive prompt engineering and lifecycle strategy from development through refinement.
• Create quick prototypes (<2 weeks) demonstrating integration between Agentforce and external agents.
• Lead pre-sales workshops and facilitate deep-dive sessions for customers and teams.
• Advise on data and integration, ensuring cohesive architectures with D360, CRM, and APIs.
• Support early adoption by guiding customers toward self-sufficient enablement.
• Oversee data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time vs batch patterns within D360.
• Create accessible technical documentation and knowledge bases for enterprise teams.
