We are looking for skilled agile leaders to empower our high-performing teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions as we transform the future of DWP services used by millions of people.

We have multiple vacancies across our Digital Integration team, Data Enablement team, and GOV.UK team.

Whichever team you're working with, you'll lead using Agile frameworks, remove barriers, and utilize key metrics and insights to help us make good decisions and deliver better outcomes.

Our Agile Delivery Managers enable high-performing digital teams to create, build, innovate, and deliver. We create psychologically safe spaces where digital experts can be at their best.

It's a complex landscape, and you'll need your skills as a persuasive and engaging communicator, and your experience of delivering and solving cross-cutting problems to get the job done.

You'll ensure they have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers and find the best way around them.

You will work with experts in software engineering, process design, user research, user experience design, and policy development.

Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members. We lead a cross-government community which meets monthly to share ideas and discuss emerging trends.

Location: Based in one of our digital hubs in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, or Sheffield. Hybrid working applies.

Pay: Up to £75,748.

Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions.

Holidays: Starting at 26 days, rising to 31, plus up to 3 extra days per month on flexi-time and public holidays.
