Our Agile Delivery Managers enable high-performing digital teams to create, build, innovate, and deliver. We create psychologically safe spaces where digital experts can be at their best.
It's a complex landscape, and you'll need your skills as a persuasive and engaging communicator, and your experience of delivering and solving cross-cutting problems to get the job done.
You'll ensure they have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers and find the best way around them.
You will work with experts in software engineering, process design, user research, user experience design, and policy development.

Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members. We lead a cross-government community which meets monthly to share ideas and discuss emerging trends.

Location: Based in one of our digital hubs in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, or Sheffield. Hybrid working applies.
Pay: Up to £75,748.
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions.
Holidays: Starting at 26 days, rising to 31, plus up to 3 extra days per month on flexi-time and public holidays.
