Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-profile digital products for UK Public Sector clients. You will work across user, technical and business teams to deliver impactful solutions while contributing to Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence and client engagement.

You will drive product strategy, roadmaps and backlogs in a hybrid delivery model, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment. Prior GDS/public sector experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and coaching teams to deliver digital products.
• Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience building relationships with clients and working across teams to deliver complex projects.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments.
• Experience in consulting roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and act as a key contact in delivery teams.
• Understand user, business, and operational needs and translate into product strategy.
• Own and develop product visions and roadmaps.
• Create and prioritise product features and manage backlogs.
• Capture feedback and benefits realisation to optimise design and performance.
• Manage supplier performance.
