Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to guide data enablement initiatives across large-scale digital products and services. You’ll lead across multi-team environments, shape data capabilities and help modernise government digital services for the public.

The role emphasizes agile leadership, people development, and continuous improvement, with hybrid working and competitive pay up to £80,267 plus a generous pension, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a strategic and inclusive way, driving transformation by challenging established norms and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
• Ability to identify, understand and engage a network of influential stakeholders across all levels, from executives to delivery teams and external partners.
• Experience creating a culture of continuous learning and professional development with effective incentives and support mechanisms.
• Experience driving commercial processes, including negotiations, governance and managing supplier relationships at a strategic level.
