Job summary

Genpact in the United Kingdom is seeking an Agile Business Analyst (KYC-CTB) to drive regulatory and transformation initiatives across client onboarding, KYC, and screening processes. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, manage backlogs, and support end-to-end delivery with UAT coordination and defect management.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, with deep KYC/AML domain experience.

Qualifications

• Have 4+ years professional experience at a large financial institution.
• Have previous experience with UAT and regression testing
• Have knowledge of testing life cycle
• Experience in Agile Scrum Development
• Subject matter experience in KYC/AML processes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Groom product feature backlog items with product owners
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories aligned with strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
• Develop and communicate testing approach and plans to stakeholders
• Coordinate with release management on test cycle schedule and readiness
• Analyse and create test scenarios/scripts for UAT and regression testing
• Lead UAT testers in test preparation, planning and execution
