Job summary

G MASS Consulting is seeking an experienced QC professional to join an investment banking client’s KYC team in Central London, on a hybrid basis. You will perform QC reviews, ensure regulatory and policy compliance across jurisdictions, and coordinate with offshore teams.

The role emphasizes driving consistency in QC practices, identifying gaps and risks, and managing stakeholder relationships while supporting onboarding and client lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Quality Control role.
• Background in KYC within an investment banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD frameworks, with familiarity with sanctions screening, PEP classifications, and EDD.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quality Control role

• Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD frameworks, with familiarity with sanctions screening, PEP classifications, and EDD (enhanced due diligence)
• Previous experience dealing with periodic review and tracking progress
• Familiarity working with offshore teams is ideal, but not a must
• Strong data skills
• Excellent communicator, able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
