Job summary

beqom is seeking a Senior Agentic Backend Engineer to join the Data Platform Core team. You will own specifications and the agentic pipeline that turns them into production software, aiming for fully AI-embedded development with AI-written code and no human line-by-line review.

You will collaborate with Data Platform, Analytics, Support and Product to translate needs into agent-executable specs and ensure production reliability and governance across data services.

Qualifications

• Senior backend experience building production services with .NET/C#.
• Experience auditing generated code and preventing quality issues in AI-driven pipelines.
• Strong skills writing precise, agent-executable PRPs and specs.
• Proven ability to design scalable, multi-tenant data architectures and dashboards.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled development workflows and CI/CD adapted for agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agentic delivery of multi-tenant data platform services using AI agents from specifications.
• Build and maintain the agentic pipeline and tooling, ensuring observability and cost controls.
• Engineer verification frameworks and external behavioural scenarios rather than traditional tests.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, Analytics, Support and Product to translate needs into agent-executable specs.
• Own production data issues remediation and documentation of platform decisions.
