Job summary

RMG Talent is partnering with a global technology services and consulting organisation to hire a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in London. The role is hybrid and full-time, focusing on designing, building, integrating and deploying AI agents and multi-agent systems in production environments.

You will work hands-on across AI development, enterprise software integration and direct customer engagement, owning technical delivery from discovery to enterprise rollout.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering experience in Python/TypeScript/Java
• Proven experience developing applications using large language models (LLMs) and AI agents
• Experience with agent ecosystems such as OpenAI/Anthropic/Google/Microsoft or LangGraph
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval augmented generation and multi-agent workflows
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise apps and cloud services
• Strong software architecture, debugging, testing and integration skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI agents and multi-agent workflows
• Build AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google and Microsoft with LangGraph
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, cloud services and internal systems
• Implement retrieval pipelines, automation workflows and agent orchestration
• Develop evaluation frameworks, automated testing, monitoring and production safeguards
• Troubleshoot AI model, integration, deployment and performance issues
• Own technical delivery from discovery through to production deployment
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability, security and scalability
