ClearRoute Limited is hiring a Senior Agentic Engineer to own end-to-end services for an internal AI assistant platform. You will shepherd vertical slices across the stack—from agents and MCP tool servers, through Terraform on Azure, to the React workbench that staff use.

You’ll shape production-grade LLM applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver ambitious platform features. This role offers genuine hybrid working and a culture focused on problem solving and growth.

Qualifications

• Production LLM apps with tool-calling and context management.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Azure platform fluency and Terraform IaC.
• Ability to own complete services end-to-end.
• Experience evaluating agent behavior in production.
• LangGraph expertise.
• Azure AI Search and retrieval evaluation.
• Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure settings.
• Full-stack ownership across frontend, backend, infra.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic systems with LangGraph.
• Design and deploy FastMCP servers.
• Own Terraform infra on Azure.
• Build and maintain the React workbench.
• Ensure production-grade LLM apps with context mgmt.
• Deliver features end-to-end via vertical slices.
• Mentor junior engineers.
