ClearRoute Limited is hiring a Senior Agentic Engineer to own end-to-end services for an internal AI assistant platform. You will shepherd vertical slices across the stack—from agents and MCP tool servers, through Terraform on Azure, to the React workbench that staff use.

You’ll shape production-grade LLM applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver ambitious platform features. This role offers genuine hybrid working and a culture focused on problem solving and growth.

Role Description

We're seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of services for an internal AI assistant platform. You'll own vertical slices across the full stack—from the agents and MCP tool servers themselves, through the Terraform infrastructure that runs them on Azure, to the React workbench that puts them in front of staff. This is not a layered role; you'll take ownership of one or more complete services and contribute across the entire platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic systems using LangGraph, managing state graphs, checkpointing, and tool-calling patterns
• Design and deploy FastMCP servers that integrate with the platform
• Own infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to manage Azure resources (App Service, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Managed Identity)
• Build and maintain the React workbench interface staff
• Ensure production-quality LLM applications with robust context management and agent observability
• Collaborate across the team to deliver features end-to-end—vertical slices, not layers
• Mentor junior engineers on agentic patterns and production best practices

Required Skills / Experience

• Production LLM applications (not prototypes)—deep understanding of tool-calling agents and context management
• Experience with TypeScript and React
• Azure platform fluency and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complete services
• Understanding of how to evaluate and monitor agent behavior in production
• LangGraph expertise (state graphs, checkpointing, persistence)
• Azure AI Search and retrieval evaluation
• Experience in regulated or critical-national-infrastructure settings
• Full-stack ownership mindset across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
