Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking a Master Technician to provide expert technical support to our dealer network, diagnosing complex vehicle issues with a customer-first approach.

You will diagnose remotely or on-site using GDMS and GLDS, collaborate with Training, R&D, and Customer Service to ensure high-quality resolutions and knowledge transfer across teams, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master Technician level required.
• Extensive experience in vehicle system diagnosis across major repair areas.
• Advanced digital competence and strong analytical skills for remote diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to Dealers, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Diagnose concerns remotely or directly on-site using GDMS & GLDS, ensuring high-quality resolutions.
• Drive technical case closure through remote support or hands-on coaching, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and share knowledge through case studies.
