Geely Auto UK is seeking an IT Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for IT issues and requests. You will log, prioritise and resolve incidents, troubleshoot devices, and assist with asset management in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and adherence to IT security and GDPR policies within a growing UK arm of Geely Auto Group.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent are required.
• ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing or service desk systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Log, prioritise and resolve incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Support end-user devices including PCs, laptops and printers.
• Perform account administration tasks (password resets, access permissions).
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels with clear diagnostics.
• Maintain records in the IT service management system.
• Create and update user documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Follow IT security and compliance procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with non-technical users.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
