Job summary

Awin is seeking a Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing) to lead and grow revenue across our global affiliate network. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, prospect new merchants, respond to RFIs/RFPs, present proposals and close deals while expanding our partner base.

Reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader, you’ll work with Finance, Integrations and Account Development to ensure smooth onboarding from contract signing to full integration and launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roles focused on new business development.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and present proposals to merchants.
• Negotiate terms and contracts while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Update and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Finance, Integrations and Account Development for smooth onboarding.
• Research target brands and their affiliate activity.
• Consistently meet KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement.
