Awin seeks a Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing) to drive mid-market sales from London in a hybrid role. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals with high-revenue merchants within the affiliate network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with a focus on new business development in affiliate marketing or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals in assigned markets.
• Manage and expand the merchant base, targeting high-revenue affiliates for the network.
• Collaborate with Finance, Integrations and Account Development to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
