Job summary

Zachary Daniels has partnered with a fast-growing premium womenswear brand to build from scratch a high-impact affiliate programme. The Senior Affiliate Executive will own strategy, networks, and reporting, launching initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and revenue.

You will manage Awin-based operations, negotiate with publishers, and collaborate with social/influencer teams to ensure coherent campaigns and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an affiliate marketing programme.
• Experience with Awin is essential; knowledge of other networks helpful.
• Ability to recruit and manage influencer/creator affiliates and cashback/loyalty partners.
• Experience budgeting and making commercially informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of the affiliate programme through Awin, including publisher approvals, commission validation, tracking links, promotional information, creative assets and compliance.
• Work closely with Awin to maximise the value of the platform and growth opportunities.
• Develop activation plans for priority partners around product launches, collections, collaborations, seasonal campaigns and exclusive offers.
• Recruit creators to the programme and manage hybrid partnerships to drive customer acquisition.
• Negotiate commercial rates with cashback and loyalty platforms to drive volume while protecting margins.
• Own the affiliate budget across commissions, publisher fees and tactical investments.
• Assess partnerships based on return, incrementality, new customer acquisition and wider priorities.
• Collaborate with Social and Influencer teams to align with broader campaigns.
