Job Description

We are expanding and seeking a Senior Advertising Strategist to join our European team in London. This role supports business scaling by driving performance on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Responsibilities include:
  • Executing and optimizing SEM accounts
  • Testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and affiliates
  • Analyzing and optimizing campaigns, including structure, keywords, bidding, ad copy, and audience targeting
  • Managing monthly budgets
  • Communicating with clients and providing insights
  • Identifying strategic opportunities
  • Monitoring campaigns daily to meet revenue goals
  • Reporting weekly, monthly, and yearly
  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Collaborating with SEO and Analytics teams
  • Providing SEM expertise to internal teams
Requirements to succeed:
  • At least 4+ years' hands-on SEM experience, preferably in an agency
  • Degree 2:1 or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with AdWords, Amazon Sponsored Ads, remarketing, paid social campaigns
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics
  • Experience with retail/ecommerce clients (desirable)
