Job summary

Confidential Cybersecurity Consultancy is seeking a Red Team Tester to simulate real-world adversaries across enterprise networks, cloud, and hybrid systems. You will design and execute advanced offensive operations, develop custom tooling, and report on remediation to improve client security postures.

Applicants should have proven red team or penetration testing experience, solid Windows/Linux internals knowledge, and scripting ability in Python or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in penetration testing or red teaming environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux internals.
• Familiarity with AD attack paths and common misconfigurations.
• Experience with scripting in Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute red team operations and adversary emulation scenarios.
• Conduct recon, exploitation, post-exploitation, and lateral movement activities.
• Develop tooling, payloads, and tradecraft to bypass security controls.
• Collaborate with blue teams and stakeholders during controlled engagements.
• Produce technical and executive reports with remediation guidance.
