Job summary

Client Server Ltd. in London is seeking a Red Team Operator to conduct approved adversary simulations, red team and breach engagements for a range of clients.

You will scope objectives, plan and execute realistic operations within established rules of engagement and build red team infrastructure with custom tooling. You will work across Windows, Linux, networks, cloud and identity environments with a strong focus on OPSEC, stealth and detection risk, while mentoring others and contributing to

Qualifications

• Extensive Red Team / Offensive Security experience and up-to-date tradecraft.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of OSI model, networks, OS, authentication, endpoint controls.
• Ability to read code and develop scripts for red team objectives.
• Appreciation of OPSEC, detection risk, logging, and controlled engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform approved adversary simulations, red team and breach engagements for clients, scoping objectives and threat scenarios.
• Plan and execute realistic operations within rules of engagement.
• Build and manage red team infrastructure and develop tooling.
• Research emerging TTPs and adapt approaches when standard tooling is unsuitable.
• Operate across Windows, Linux, networks, cloud and enterprise identity environments, focusing on OPSEC and stealth.
• Document operations, timelines and contribute to client deliverables; mentor junior team members.
