Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is recruiting a Senior Children’s Adventure Care Worker for a specialist therapeutic children’s home in Buxton. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, building therapeutic relationships, and outdoor adventure-based activities to support young people.

The successful candidate will have 12+ months in a residential setting, a Level 3 Diploma (or near completion), strong safeguarding knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a Children's Residential Home.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or near completion)
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge
• Full UK Driving Licence
