Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Solution Architect to design and govern technology delivery across digital customer platforms. You will shape architectural roadmaps, work with the Lead Architect, and ensure value delivery for millions of Very customers across web and mobile.

You will lead in agile environments, balance strategic thinking with hands-on design, and partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to achieve business and technology goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large technology change programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven delivery in iterative and continuous delivery approaches.
• Ability to operate in complex stakeholder and technology environments.
• Experience with security, reliability, scalability, high availability and concurrency patterns.
• Expert level knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• Experience in MACH architecture and digital experience platforms.
• Experience with domain and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape architectural design and technology roadmaps for complex applications.
• Collaborate with Lead Architect and Tribe to deliver value for customers and stakeholders.
• Lead technology delivery in an agile/lean/DevSecOps environment.
• Influence product managers and technical leads to align on a technology roadmap.
