Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive administrative professional to manage the booking pathway for elective surgery patients. You will enter surgery dates on the EPR system, coordinate Pre-Operative assessments, and ensure timely, courteous service to patients.

To ensure that the booking process for patients on the elective waiting list is followed within the agreed timeframe and process.
To enter agreed surgery dates onto EPR system, this may include cancelling and re arranging surgery dates.

Provide an efficient, polite and compassionate service to patients and service users regarding booking appointments and surgery dates.

The post holder will be expected to work un supervised and on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team including clinical, management and clerical staff.
