Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work with Energy as part of our delivery of the Great Grid partnership (GGP). The role sits within a business known for in-house expertise and ongoing innovation, delivering EPC projects across multiple countries and supporting energy-transition initiatives.

The Senior Administrator will support the senior leadership team with diaries, travel, meetings, onboarding for new staff, and the preparation of reports and presentations while upholding

Qualifications

• Successful experience of working in a general administration support role.
• Proficiency with standard office IT equipment and software in a busy environment.
• Literate and numerate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications.
• Experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote best practice in health, safety and environmental matters with the SHQE department.
• Maintain confidential materials with discretion.
• Provide high-quality telephone and face-to-face service to clients.
• Keep accurate paper and electronic records.
• Generate routine and ad hoc management information for the senior team.
• Prepare correspondence, documents and presentations to specification.
