Zusammenfassung

Boltz is building AI-powered molecular modeling tools to accelerate drug discovery while keeping capabilities broadly accessible. As an ADME/DMPK Researcher, you will work to expand the property prediction layer of Boltz Lab, guiding data we generate and curating data from public and proprietary sources.

You will work with the wider Research and ML teams to build and validate ADME/DMPK models, defining meaningful objectives, outputs, and diagnosing failure modes when predictions and experiments

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience in DMPK, pharmaceutical sciences, bioanalysis, medicinal chemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience owning ADME optimization on real drug discovery programs with expert knowledge of Tier 1/2 in vitro assays.
• Experience translating ADME/DMPK insights into modeling objectives and evaluation criteria.
• Experience specifying and overseeing assay work with CROs or internal labs, including protocol design.
• Ability to drive data generation campaigns and ensure high assay provenance and data quality.

• Guide data generation for ADME/DMPK models and standardise data from public/proprietary sources.
• Collaborate with Research and ML teams to build and validate ADME/DMPK models and diagnose failures.
• Lead data acquisition campaigns and ensure high-quality datasets for model training.
• Shape how property prediction integrates with generative design across Boltz products for pre-clinical work.
• Remain hands-on with ML engineering support available to reach production.
