PIC in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated pricing and onboarding specialist to support the Origination team. You will help ensure competitive pricing aligned with the business plan and reflect underlying risks, while supporting end-to-end onboarding of new transactions and their balance sheet impacts.

The role focuses on ensuring MA eligibility within the Matching Adjustment portfolio and coordinating deal structuring to reflect regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated financial services and knowledge of FCA/PRA frameworks.
• IFoA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of MA, BPA, Solvency II and IFRS 17.
• Experience in life insurance or pensions pricing/new business.

Responsabilités

• Assess MA eligibility for new BPA and reinsurance transactions.
• Review and challenge new business pricing for competitiveness and risk.
• Assess and communicate balance sheet impact of prospective transactions.
• Collaborate with Origination, Actuarial, Risk, Legal and Operations to deliver transactions.
• Drive improvements to pricing, partnerships and MA processes.
