Star Actuarial Futures in London is seeking an Associate Director to drive end-to-end pricing for bulk pension annuities (BPAs) and de-risking solutions. You will lead innovative pricing structures, develop new transaction models and influence senior stakeholders while building scalable pricing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in bulk annuity pricing.
• Experience with funded reinsurance and longevity reinsurance.
• Strong balance sheet management for life insurance.
• Commercial mindset: connect models to business outcomes.
• Proficient in advanced pricing and modelling techniques.
