Royal London Group is expanding its Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) team and seeks a Senior Actuarial Trainee to contribute to BPA pricing projects. You will gain hands-on experience with BPA transactions, actuarial modelling and pricing in a supportive environment while developing technical skills and making an impact.

You will work on pricing elements, data analyses, model setup and validation, and collaborate to improve pricing processes within a growing, inclusive company.

Qualifications

• Actuarial trainee progressing towards qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver key elements of BPA transaction pricing.
• Produce analysis of pension scheme data and interpret benefits.
• Set up, run and troubleshoot actuarial pricing models, checking outputs for reasonableness.
• Identify data issues and complex benefits, choosing appropriate modelling avenues.
• Take ownership of your development and broaden technical and commercial understanding.
• Look for opportunities to improve pricing processes.
