As a Senior Actuary, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping reserving strategies and delivering insights to senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of GI Reserving, you'll lead the quarterly reserving process, manage a team of actuaries and analysts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be the primary contact for external stakeholders and contribute to company-wide projects, process improvements, and cross-department collaboration.
This role is based at our Tiddington Head Office, with flexible working arrangements supporting up to 80% remote work.
You should be a fully qualified actuary with significant experience in General Insurance Reserving, strong technical skills, leadership ability, and excellent stakeholder management. Proficiency in reserving software ResQ, SQL, and Excel is required. You will have a relevant degree, FIA or FFA qualification, and a proven track record in actuarial judgment and decision-making.
