Position Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will support our transformation within the Actuarial team, developing innovative tools and delivering insights across the business. You will own operational tasks, support strategic initiatives in reserving, rate-making, pricing, and more, leveraging your Python skills to enhance data analysis and tool development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in and lead strategic projects, providing solutions and improving team performance.
2. Refresh and perform analyses, applying judgment and supporting initiatives.
3. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and team members.
4. Mentor less experienced team members and support training and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ Actuarial exams preferred.
• Degree in STEM-related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Python.
• 2+ years of quantitative analysis experience preferred.
